In the October edition of Consumers Digest Magazine, Caela Maynard wrote a piece titled, “Smart Refrigerators: Refreshing” in which he quoted Arrayent’s CEO, Cyril Brignone. Here is an excerpt:
“Cyril Brignone, who is the CEO of Arrayent, which develops Internet of Things (IoT) software to manufacturers, including Whirlpool, theorizes that smart refrigerators could alert the consumer via his/her smartphone or email to when meat defrosted and refroze after a power outage. He estimates that smart refrigerators could be mainstream by 2018.”
