Creating a new habit may be difficult, but this can be easily overcome if the new habit is stimulated by a tool (such as a mobile app) that makes our lives easier. Forbes provides the example of the Instagram app, which makes it fun and easy (motivation) for people to share photos (habit) with their friends.
